SOLD – Flash Ebert Turbo Actioned .22 LR Benchrest rifle.

Google “Target Shooter magazine February 2011” and you will find free on SCRIBD a magazine featuring the build by Vince Bottomley of an original Flash Ebert Turbo action using 1 of 2 brand new Kelbly barrelled actions imported to the UK by Fox Firearms.

In 2013 I was lucky to find Fox Firearms still had the 2^nd of the two barrelled actions and the Tom Merideth benchrest (TMBR) stock referred to in the magazine. This gave me the chance to own and shoot a bit of benchrest history; Flash Ebert having passed away in July 2011.

This has been my “Sunday best club rifle” used for pleasure and the Cumbria & Northumbria postal leagues – winning short range BR Div 1 in Winter 21/22 Estimated round count is between 14k and 17k.  Never been messed about with. Never needed to adjust the trigger, and any barrel/chamber cleaning has been done with extreme care.

Retiring from FAC shooting, it’s time for me to pass this on to someone else who wants to own and shoot a special bit of benchrest history.
